Repairs that start with the soil

Every job starts with the same question: why did it move? We probe the soil to test compaction before we quote, so you buy the repair that holds.

Concrete Lifting

Raise sunken concrete without replacing the slab.

We inject high-density structural-grade polyurethane foam through small 3/8-inch injection sites to fill voids and gently lift the slab back to grade. Every on-site estimate includes assessing drainage and soil compaction.

Foundation Repair

A settled foundation needs the right support.

Erosion, inadequate soil compaction, and decomposing organic material can cause settlement. We assess the cause and severity on site. Options to lift and stabilize the foundation include resistance piers, helical piers, and deep injection of high-density, structural-grade polyurethane foam.

Leak Seal & Waterproofing

Find and seal the water path before it causes more damage.

Polyflow identifies and seals water sources that cause concrete and foundation problems, as well as costly interior water damage. We inspect sprinklers, drainage, and other water paths, then test the repair by over-flooding the treated area.

Intersecting control joints in light gray concrete
Crack & Joint Sealant

Keep water from turning a small opening into a support problem.

Cracks and joints are common paths for water to reach the soil beneath concrete and cause erosion. Freeze-thaw cycles can also make cracks grow during winter. We inspect and prepare each opening before applying sealant.

Chemical shoring excavation running along a home foundation
Soil Stabilization, Chemical Shoring & Permeation Grouting

Improve soil strength, cohesion, and load transfer.

Single-component polyurethane grouts improve compromised soils through soil stabilization, chemical shoring, and permeation grouting. These systems can increase bearing capacity, bind loose soils, and mitigate frost-related heave beneath concrete slabs.
